Geoplex Engineers is managed by the conjugal partnership of Maria Cecilia M. Marcos and Sean R. Marcos.

The former is a Ph.D. Degree holder of Civil Engineering Major in Geotechnical Engineering. She graduated from Chung Yuan Christian University in Chung-Li, Taiwan in January 2013. Her vast experience has provided this company with great understanding of the impacts that variability in subsurface conditions can have on design and construction of geotechnical structures. She is likewise a Full Professor teaching Geotechnical Engineering Courses and has been engaged in Geotechnical Research and Development. The latter is a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and has engaged in computer business after graduation including computer troubleshooting and repairs.
